Studio 353 is an architecture and design firm that specializes in the unconventional. Based in the Greater Cincinnati Region, we provide whimsical design solutions and technical expertise on a variety of projects for an eclectic group of clients across the nation.We bring unbridled enthusiasm and flexibility to every project - from your new company headquarters, to your revamped trampoline park, or even your dream bar based off of your favorite movie.

Kelly Gregory, NCARB is the Principal Architect and Owner of Studio 353. She has over 15 years of experience combined across architecture, construction management, scenic technical design, and custom fabrication.She has worked for local architecture firms and scenic shops in the Cincinnati Area; and has been in integral roles on projects for amusement parks, zoos, VR attractions, restaurants, corporate offices, and custom residences across the nation.Kelly is a registered architect in KY, OH, and TX.

We're a full service architecture firm, but every project is unique.
And we also like things that aren't typical buildings.

  • Concept Design and Digital Visualization - from initial design doodles, to full 3D VR walkthroughs

  • Code Compliance and Permit Coordination - especially with highly custom designs and special amusement structures

  • Schematic Design and Product / Finish Specification - we value clear communication and can do magic with materials that fit your budget

  • Drafting and Documentation - we specialize in clear, concise drawings

  • Fabrication Design / Coordination - including files for CNC, 3D print, and more

  • Shop / Submittal Drawings - including (but definitely not limited to) custom millwork, unique signage, amusement structures, etc.

  • Construction Administration Services - providing direct support and communication for your contractor
